you do not have to get to rank 25, at any point, to complete the relic. the only rank requirement there ever is for the relic is rank 10. source: me, completed 2 relics sub rank 25 and a friend who completed 5 relics while sub rank 25. Bozja is basically a powerlevel treadmill from 71-90 . Crafting/Gathering: By all means not necessary. If you do not plan to touch crafting/gathering, you can still get relic weapons. But, there are some advantages: crafted items for ARR/HW relics
